Whilst retaining the front façade this project encompassed a complete demolition of the existing building and replacing it with a luxurious and contemporary property, based on the requirements of the owners.

Our objectives were to maximise the potential and exceed our client's expectations, all within a reasonable budget and that's what we achieved.

Providing over 8,000 sq ft of luxury space, a refurbished swimming pool and complete re-landscaping, the finished property is a stunning triumph!
