Formerly a dilapidated petrol station and warehousing riddled with asbestos and contamination, the Richland Group successfully applied for planning permission to demolish, clean-up site and development of 42 luxury apartments with 10,000 sq ft of high quality office space.
The development proved to be a huge success setting a new record for apartment prices in the Clapham area with over 80% sold off-plan.
The Cube now represents an iconic landmark building enjoyed by residents, workers and the community adding value and wealth to the area.
